How We Deliver The Service:

Pre-Production – Preparing Presenters

Preparing your presenters is key to producing a great final product. Our aim is to take the headache out of this process, ensuring everyone is well prepared and feels comfortable on the day. The more accurate the preparation, the better the outcome.
We advise how to prepare your clients on their topic as best as possible. Why is this necessary? Because the clearer the message from your contributors, the more effectively it sells your service or product. You’ll talk them through their questions beforehand and we back you up, ensuring they are crystal clear on the message you’re aiming to convey and the key purpose of the video testimonial.
How do we help on the technical side? We work closely with the speakers and moderator to guide them on their ‘home studio’ set up. This includes advice on lighting, webcam positioning, audio and key tips on their delivery to camera.

Post-Production

Creating a high-quality, on-demand video is crucial to building an audience. We record each presenter locally on their PC/Mac to achieve a higher quality output, then edit these video files together. Where this is not possible, we use the video conference application’s footage. ( This is the footage that has been recorded within the platform internally.)
We then edit your video to the ideal length and brand it, adding name straps and other graphic elements or slides where needed.
Should you prefer your message delivered in a more sophisticated manner, additional visual elements such as stings, motion graphics or infographics can be incorporated. Or perhaps you already have existing footage such as B-roll that you want including the edit? Bringing together all these components helps to build an engaging video, dramatically shifting the experience from a simple, online recorded conversation towards to a more bespoke, engaging experience for your audience.
Once the final Case Studies have been produced, you may like to use smaller ‘snippets’ on social. That’s no problem. We’ll simply edit down short ‘bite-sized’ clips that you can use to promote yourselves on social media.
